BBC forms a Corporate Group, which is made up of subsidiary companies: Beskidzkie Biuro Consultingowe Center Sp. z o.o. and Beskidzkie Biuro Consultingowe Capital Sp. z o.o.
Beskidzkie Biuro Consultingowe Spółka z o.o. based in Bielsko-Biała, Poland, has operated on the market since 2000. The company is registered in the National Court Register of the District Court in Bielsko-Biała, Commercial Department, under KRS number 0000144673.
 

Beskidzkie Biuro Consultingowe Sp. z o.o. provides commercial and financial services as well as consulting. In particular, this regards the acquisition of financing in the form of grants and loans and preparing financial analyses and business plans for the needs of acquiring external financing. BBC also offers a wide range of marketing services and business brokerage. In this way, we are capable of fulfilling orders even for our most demanding clients who are striving to become successful on the Polish market. BBC offers business brokerage services in Russia, Germany and Balkan countries.
 

The successful completion of these tasks is guaranteed by the Company’s owners, who have been active in the financial consulting business since 1996. These are people with many years of experience in banking as well as in providing support for companies in the small business sector and other business entities, which includes the financing of investment projects, corporate restructuring, EU consulting, conducting the purchasing/selling of company processes, and company valuation.

The base of BBC clients has exceeded five hundred businesses.
